Hello my name is Kerry and I've never done this kind of thing like this...online. I'm so lost. I live in Nampa and due to have a baby boy in November. I would like to start as soon as he is here with cloth diapers. My family thinks that it will be too hard, and I'm already lost on what kind to use. I didn't realize how many types there are. All in ones, pockets, and today I saw two in ones? ? What is the difference. Can anyone tell me where to start. I'm so overwhelmed. I would love to meet everyone if possible and see the different tyes of diapers. If I left any thing out that you would like to know ask me. Thank you

Hi Kerry! Where are you in Nampa? Theres a few of us that live in Nampa (though I don't live in Nampa permanently yet). We'd love to help you out! Maybe we could meet somewhere so that we can get you into the group. I'm sure you will be getting an email from Erika soon. She's our Mod that is in charge of approving new members.

Welcome Kerry! Cloth diapering is easier than sposies once you get your system down. It's just wash, fold, put on baby, repeat, lol. No running to the store because you are out. You will get lots of help here and congrats on your baby boy!

Hi Kerry! I'm Paula, another Nampa Mom. Don't listen to anyone who tells you cloth is "harder". You still have to change the baby, right? For me, I always tell everyone that cloth diapers cuts DOWN on my baby laundry because I don't have to change wet and poopy clothes because every single disposable leaked. I almost never get leaks with cloth, and if I do, it's usually my fault and not the diaper. Like the bottom of a onesie tucked inside the leg or something. And there's no nasty chemicals and junk next to baby's delicate parts. Sposies have that chemical smell to them, too, which can be very irritating.
You'll learn whatever you need to know in this group! These gals are awesome!
Congrats on your upcoming baby boy! I've got 4 of them myself! Boys, not babies. ;D
