Hello Valley Bums!
I was so kindly added by Miss Erika Knipe, and am looking forward to being a part of this group!
A little about myself, I am a mom to a beautiful, smary and mostly crazy two year old named Otto. We cloth diapered for the first few months, but I got a little discouraged having to go back to work and generally being disorganized. The next one I plan on going "all the way." We are extended breastfeeding, and looking forward to continuing!
As for myself, I have recently become a stay at home mom, having previously managed an event center, and before that I managed Le Cafe de Paris for 6 years. Currently, my honey opened a wholesale bakery, so I help him with his books and sales, but most of my time is devoted to my sweet kidlet.
My main goal for the next 2 years is to become an amazing urban homesteader, and to really further my knowledge on all things food preservation, gardening, sewing, and creating domestic harmony! ha.
